Job Description

• Welcomes guests and takes care of them from arrival to departure.
• Assists guest with check-in, check-out, and any issues related to room service.
• Handles guest complaints and comments as soon as possible.
• Manages guest mail, messages, and answers phone calls.
• Maintains a high standard of personal appearance, develops friendly relationship with guest, and ensure hygiene at all time

• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Customer-oriented.
• Professional with a positive mindset.
