Guest Relations Officer (Seasonal)

Ultra Luxurious Hotel set in the Cape Winelands is looking for a charismatic GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER (seasonal)

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will form an integral part of their daily operations, ensuring every guest journey is seamless and extraordinary from start to finish. If you have a passion for providing top-notch guest service, this is the role for you. 

Candidate requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a 5* Hotel environment.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Front Desk role.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask with excellent time management.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong admin skills.
• Ability to take initiative and make judgment calls.
• Ability to take the initiative and be a leader.
• Must be flexible and willing to work shifts.
• Best suited for candidates who reside in Stellenbosch or the surrounding areas
• Own reliable transportation is essential
