With a dedicated team to inspire and a stunning destination to oversee, this position is ideal for an ambitious leader eager to ensure the continued success of this celebrated hotel. Due to its rural location, having your own mode of transportation is essential.

• £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
• 30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years)

• Taking a proactive approach to achieving the hotel’s commercial objectives, consistently striving for excellence.
• Leading with purpose and clarity, driving the business strategy across all areas of the hotel’s operations.
• Demonstrating strong financial acumen, maximising sales and revenue while managing costs effectively.
• Acting as a motivational and approachable leader, staying connected with the team to offer support and guidance when needed.
