Job Advert Summary

As the Front of House / Assistant Camp Manager at Geiger’s Camp, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class guest experience. This dual-role position combines hosting, guest relations, and operational support. You will be the welcoming face of the camp while also assisting with daily management tasks including staff coordination, housekeeping oversight, stock control, and guest service excellence.

Leadership and Management:
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
 
Organizational and Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work under pressure.
 
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors.
 
Financial Acumen:
Understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control.
 
Food and Beverage Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and current trends.
 
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
