We are looking for someone to join our Front Desk and Concierge team to assist with answering phones, taking reservations, and assisting guests with every aspect of their stay. Our staff consists of guest service-oriented individuals who are energetic, organized, methodical and can work both as a team player and independently towards one goal - maximum guest satisfaction. Hourly Rate Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour plus potential tips.
We are seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process, and serving as an expert on hotel amenities and guest services.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with poise, courtesy, and a five-star level of service
Handle all check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
Provide personalized concierge-level recommendations and assistance
Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Resolve guest issues with empathy, discretion, and efficiency
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
Prior front desk or customer-facing hospitality experience (luxury or boutique setting preferred)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A warm, gracious, and composed demeanor under pressure
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, preferred)
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
