Front Desk/Housekeeper Hybrid

We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. You will also have housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning duties as needed. The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. • Assist with cleaning of common areas, including taking out trash, ensuring the parking lot is trash-free, cleaning windows, cleaning the office and laundry room, blowing leaves and debris, and sweeping walkways
• Fold clean laundry once a week and take half upstairs
• Clean rooms as needed

• Ability and willingness to clean common areas and guest apartments
• Ability to receive and follow instructions on assignments each day
