Our client in the mining and heavy equipment industry is seeking an experienced Field Service Foreman to join their team.
Minimum Requirements:
Recognised Trade Certificate (Auto Electrical / Diesel Mechanic / relevant Trade)
2–3 years post-trade experience in a similar technical role
2–3 years Foreman / Supervisory experience
Previous experience working on TMM equipment – Essential
Manitou experience – Advantageous
Valid driver’s licence
Clear criminal record
Stable employment history with contactable references
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise field service technicians
Allocate tasks and ensure quality workmanship
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and OEM standards
Report on productivity, performance, and equipment conditions
Provide strong client service and field support
