Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and to the General Manager in the Hotel Manager’s absence, with a dotted-line report to the Area Director of Revenue Management. The Food & Beverage Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving total revenue growth and profitability across Botanist, The Lobby Lounge, In-Room Dining and Catering. This role will focus on implementing effective revenue management strategies, leveraging data analysis and optimizing pricing and menu performance to maximize profitability. Partnering closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, the Food & Beverage Revenue Manager will identify opportunities to enhance demand, improve forecasting accuracy, and elevate overall financial performance while maintaining the brand’s commitment to exceptional guest experience.
