Position Overview: Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead all front-of-house operations across our food and beverage. This includes breakfast service, Bar 600, evening small plates, and high-touch catering functions.

As a leader in our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure continuity and excellence across all guest touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and lead front-of-house and culinary team members to deliver outstanding, personalized service and experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across all F&B areas, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest standards in food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Drive revenue through strategic upselling and guest engagement
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule front-of-house staff
  • Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership on special events and catering execution
  • Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to achieve profitability goals
  • Actively seek opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage experience in a high-end environment.
  • Culinary experience creating and leading kitchen staff required.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant operations software
  • Knowledge of cash handling and credit card transaction procedures
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a guest-first mindset
  • Current Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Server Permit, or ServeSafe Certification
