We are looking for an energetic, creative, driven, and self-motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport. The Food and Beverage Supervisor ensure smooth front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest experience while supporting team performance. The role involves supervising servers, coordinating guest relations, and maintaining service standards in alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise FOH staff; to include pre-shift meetings and train new employees
- Serve as primary point of contact for guest concerns and ensure dining areas are clean and organized
- Manage daily FOH operations, coordinate with kitchen staff and assist with seating arrangements during peak business
- Track and verify voucher submissions and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Passion for service and the Food and Beverage industry
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage, preferably in a supervisory role
- Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certifications
- Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights, and weekends on a full-time basis
- Ability to accurately handle money and credit card transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems and voucher tracking processes
