One of our most exclusive clients, a luxury country house hotel set in Surrey, is looking for a hands-on Food and Beverage Operations Manager to ensure the food offering throughout their establishment is of the highest possible quality.

• £50,000 + Up to a 20% Bonus (£10,000)

Responsibilities as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager…

• Driving the strategic direction of the food outlets at the hotel
• Proactively working with only the very best suppliers
• Working with all departments to drive continuous improvement
• Maintaining the F&B budget
• Making the most of the hotel’s fantastic training and development opportunities

Working closely alongside the Director of F&B, you will develop and deliver an F&B strategy that will leave every guest with an exceptional experience and a positive story.
