In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the success of Estuary’s dinner service, keeping a sharp focus on service standards and guest experiences. This position will report directly to the Director of Restaurants, and will be crucial in establishing and maintaining Estuary’s position as an essential DC dining experience. You will also be responsible for in-room dining operations while on duty, ensuring adherence to the standards set out by the Forbes Travel Guide.
Named Hilton's Luxury Hotel of the Year for 2022, the Forbes 4-Star hotel has brought a new standard of luxury to DC with 360 rooms, 32,000 square feet of banquet space, and 5 food and beverage outlets, including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, lobby bar, club lounge, and in-room dining.
Classification\: Full-Time
Shift: Primarily evenings and weekends, but will vary based on needs of business Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate\: The annual salary range for this role is $70,000- $80,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
