This role blends hosting and bussing duties, working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Warmly greet guests with professionalism and a positive attitude Manage reservations and seating charts to ensure smooth guest flow Escort guests to their tables and anticipate special needs (highchairs, large groups, etc.) Set, clear, and clean tables quickly and to restaurant standards Keep menus and dining areas clean and presentable Assist with food and beverage delivery and refill water as needed Support coat check, phone inquiries, and reservation tasks when required Monitor washroom cleanliness and attend to issues promptly Communicate clearly with team members to maintain smooth service Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards immediately Take on additional tasks to support the team and enhance the guest experience What You Bring A friendly, welcoming personality with strong interpersonal skills Clear and confident communication skills Calm, organized, and helpful under pressure A team-first mindset and eagerness to learn Comfortable working on your feet in a busy environment Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays ProServe certification or willingness to obtain If you enjoy being part of a close-knit team and playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
