Job Description

Ameristar is seeking a Table Games Supervisor.  The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising dealers and games.  

  • Adhere to guest service standards.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of the game supervised.
  • Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.
  • Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
  • Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
  • Train and mentor all team members to ensure standards are met.
  • Complete Player play evaluation sheet at a win or loss of $2,500.00.
  • Communicate all information regarding section to incoming Floor Supervisor.
  • Maintenance of equipment within section.
  • Ensure the integrity of games in assigned section.
  • Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent team member and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work any shift or hours.
  • Able to work in a fast paced work environment.   
  • Experience as a Table Games Dealer.
