Key Accountabilities:
- Inspects all guest rooms and pantry areas to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness
- Handles all requests and complaints on guest floors
- Organises and oversees daily workflow and manpower allocation to ensure smooth operation and efficiency
- Provides direction, guidance and training to Room Attendants to uphold Hotel standards
General Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' Housekeeping supervisory experience, related experience in luxury hotels is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Good command of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of hospitality services and Housekeeping operations
