Position 1: Field Guide<\/b><\/span>

  • Conduct professional game drives and guided bush walks in line with regulatory and safety standards
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Deliver engaging, informative, and safety -focused wildlife experiences
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure guest safety at all times while in the field
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Share in -depth knowledge of flora, fauna, ecology, and conservation
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain guiding equipment, vehicles, and radio communications
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist with conservation, monitoring, and lodge sustainability initiatives
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Represent the lodge professionally and uphold brand standards
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Position 2: Front of House<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Assist with guest check -ins, check -outs, and daily guest liaison
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Support dining service, bar service, and hosting duties
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ensure guest areas are well -presented and aligned with luxury standards
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Assist with activity scheduling and guest requests
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Maintain a warm, professional, and attentive guest presence
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Work closely with guiding, housekeeping, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • Recognised field guiding qualification and relevant permits
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Valid Trails Guide qualification (or willingness to obtain)
        <\/span><\/li>
      • PDP and valid driver’s licence
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Valid First Aid certification
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Strong communication and storytelling skills
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Calm, confident approach in high -pressure or safety -critical situations
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Passion for conservation and environmental education<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Previous hospitality or lodge experience preferred
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
        <\/span><\/li>
      • High attention to detail and guest comfort
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury lodge environment
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Professional appearance and service mindset
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
