Wage Range:  $36,960-$48,840 per year DOE

The job duties described below are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job classification. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative and other support to the Facilities Department. Duties include but are not limited to: Maintain the capitol expense spreadsheet and meetings, engage in vendor relations regarding communication and rate negotiations, approve invoices, expense report approvals, purchasing of patio furniture, umbrellas, bases, lighting, pub furniture, etc. This position will also participate in the creation of safety meeting agendas and content for facilities, product research as necessary. In addition, this position will also assist with special projects, like upgrades and improvements, as well as facilities repair and maintenance. All McMenamin employees are expected to perform their job in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to Management. Each employee is also expected to keep current on all company events, history and products. Other related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or General Manager.

Requirements of the Job:
• Previous Facilities experience and knowledge
• Prior office and customer service experience preferred
• Basic repair and maintenance knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with the equipment & tools used in basic maintenance and repair projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Essential Functions of the Job:
• Provide excellent support to the Facilities department
• Extensive phone, computer and tool usage will require fine hand manipulation including working on a computer keyboard
• Must have a value for diversity and the ability to work with individuals from different backgrounds
• Work around heat sources, sharp objects, cleaning agents, solvents, tools, and basic repair and maintenance equipment (including power driven tools with potential heavy jarring effects on hands and body)
• Work on feet for long periods including standing, walking and stair climbing both indoors and outdoors
• Perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, some stooping and twisting
• Perform repetitive hand movements and fine hand manipulation including writing, picking up small and large items, hammering, and other manual tasks
• Climb and work on ladders, use roof access, work on rooftops using proper equipment for the building
• Safely practice heavy lifting with the help of another person if necessary
• Effectively meet multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with McMenamins history, background, and locations
• Maintain a positive image and interact well with customers and co-workers
• Stay calm in a sometimes stressful and multi-tasking environment
• Communicate clearly and stay calm and friendly in a multitasking and deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritizing skills
• Basic math knowledge and ability to work with numbers
• Present a positive and professional image
