Join our Team
The F&B Server works directly with the F&B Outlet Manager & Asst. F&B Outlet Manager responsible for takes reservations properly, welcoming and hosting guests, asks for aperatives and presents menus, takes care of special requests for dining experiences of the guests.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who possess
Set-up restaurant, prepare and organize properly for all dining periods. Keeps service tools and equipments well and clean as per hygine standards.
hecks wine and spirit displays, refrigerators, provide neccessary beverage stocks.
Conrolls and ensures that Micros, POS systems, check printers are working properly.
Follows up side-job which is assigned to him/herself Provides information about products to the restaurant guests, offers daily specials, drinks, aperatives and digestives.
Utilizes the proper up-selling techniques. Meets guest satisfaction and of all stiuations informs the supervisor.
Takes orders properly and serves to the guests. Keeps daily cash and takes reports of sales, delivers to general cashier.
Welcomes and farewels the guests in friendly manner.
Communicates with uper management to discuss guests requests and complaints. Follows up VIP guests.
Attends and participates in all required meetings, trainings for achieving superior service quality and a personal career development.
Promotes good public relations and handles complaints or concerns of guests. performs other tasks and projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
Experienced for all food and beverage products and service techniques. Responsible of demostrating Four Seasons Standards.
Interdepartmental relations for superior service standarts.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in F&B operations. A degree in a related field is preferred, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience.
