Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and grow sales for F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, lounge) and banquet/events.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain excellent relationships with existing corporate and individual clients.

Event Coordination:

• Liaise with clients on event requirements, from menu selection to venue setup and special requests.

Revenue & Target Achievement:

• Meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets set by the Director of Sales.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Participate in weekly sales meetings and brainstorming with marketing for F&B campaigns.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or event sales, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.

• Strong knowledge of Jakarta’s corporate and social event market is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.

• Well-groomed, dynamic, and client-focused with a passion for hospitality.
