Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

• Leads and inspires all aspects of our Stewarding department through hiring, coaching, mediating, recognizing, and evaluating team performance
• Trains and supervises stewarding team in the proper handling of equipment and chemicals, daily operation of all kitchen cleaning and dish washing while maintaining sanitary guidelines
• Maintains inventory, reports shortages, and requisitions replacement of equipment and supplies while managing department financials and labor
• Works side by side with team members to create a positive and fun work culture that is diverse.  Professional working proficiency in Spanish is a plus.  El dominio profesional del español es un plus.

• Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High organizational skills and ability to complete several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments to meet deadlines
• Ability to train, develop, and mentor team
• Ability to manage the performance of others effectively
