Create Signature Moments: Lead menu development, tastings, and culinary activations that enhance Adorn’s reputation and deepen connections with both locals and hotel guests.
Maintain Operational Excellence: Oversee all culinary operations for Adorn with a sharp focus on consistency, cost control, labor management, and profitability — without compromising creativity or quality.
Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with Four Seasons’ service standards, health regulations, safety practices, and brand expectations.
Drive Performance: Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting for Adorn. Track key metrics and continuously innovate based on feedback and market trends. Manager food and labor costs effectively and to or below budget.
