What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of Managerial Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  
• Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be advantageous, demonstrating a strong commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  
• An Enthusiastic and Proactive Nature, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection.
  
• Impeccable Organisation Skills and an Eye for Detail to handle the responsibilities of the role.
  
• Strong understanding of Industry Regulations.
  
• Visionary Thinking and Creative Problem-Solving, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  
• Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills to deliver an extraordinary experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Upholds The Pacha Group’s Standard Operating Policies, ensuring exquisite service for every Guest.
  
• Achieves and maintains the highest standards of Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Safety, creating a welcoming ambiance throughout the hotel.
  
• Serves as a Liaison for external contractors, Auditing their services regularly to ensure they meet The Pacha Group’s Industry-Leading Standards.
  
• Displays exceptional Organisational Skills, a Career-Oriented Mindset, and a Result-Oriented Approach, remaining Flexible with hours and assignments and operating at a next-level capacity.
  
• Expertly prepares the Annual Linen Budget based on Quantity Inventory.
  
• Fosters close collaboration with all departments and the leadership team, contributing to the Smooth Housekeeping Operations of our Pacha Family.
  
• Maximises Profitability by adeptly managing Expenses, Labour, and other Material Resources, embracing efficiency and upholding The Pacha Group’s iconic style.
  
• Demonstrates Health and Safety Consciousness, actively engaging in maintaining a safe work environment and understanding and implementing Fire and Safety Procedures.
  
• Cultivates high morale within the team by Recognising and Removing Identified Barriers.
