Engineering Foreman

Type: Permanent | Location: Rustenburg

Reporting to the Engineer, this role requires a skilled individual to oversee underground engineering operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the engineering team
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Inspect equipment and machinery to identify and address issues
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines and goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Foreman in the mining industry
• Valid Trade Certificate (Diesel Mechanic will be advantageous) 
• Knowledge of underground mining operations and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively
• Certification in Engineering or a related field
