Dishwasher Job Summary: The dishwasher will operate the property’s dish machine, stock and stack dishes, and keep the dish area clean and stocked.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:
- Monitor machinery for the appropriate soap levels and water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles
- Maintain levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
- Maintain levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing.
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
- Load, run and unload dishwashing machines
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
- Dispose of boxes, glass, kitchen waste, etc. in proper receptacles
- Clean food preparation and production areas as required
- Aid and assist chefs in daily preparation of items, goods, and inventory as requested
Qualifications for the Dishwasher:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
- Flexibility to work any shift including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to grasp, lift and or carry, or otherwise, move goods weighing a maximum of 60 lbs
