The Director of Spa and Membership is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all aspects of the Spa, including massage, aesthetic, fitness, retail, reception, reservations, and membership programming. The role includes direct accountability for budgeting, revenue optimization, expense control, payroll management, and product inventory.
Pay range: $95,000-$105,000 per year. All employees of The Alfond Inn are subject to a background check.

Technical Skills:
Experience/Education
Minimum three (3) years of experience in spa management, including at least one year in a director-level capacity. Priorexperience managing budgets and event/programming required.
Preferred: AAA Four/Five Diamond or Forbes Four/Five Star property experience.
