Located in the highly prestigious Belgravia district of London, The Peninsula London is seeking to hire a Director of Revenue who has strong experience managing challenging revenue strategies and able to position the operation within a competitive landscape.

Key accountabilities
- Recommends and implements the overall revenue maximisation, business mix, and opportunities strategies
- Supports the gathering of statistical and competitive information to produce timely and accurate forecasts to maximise all revenue opportunities, while adhering to group revenue policies.
- Understands the hotel’s profitability points and use them to evaluate business from domestic and international markets to provide input for future rate setting and negotiations.
- Supports sales, digital marketing, and public relations in developing room offerings targeting guest direct and online travel agents.
- Develops the revenue management strategy and statistics to support the preparation of the annual marketing plan and budget.
- Positions to hotel and F&B operations to achieve appropriate market penetration, RevPar and positioning.
General requirements
- Minimum 5 years in revenue management, ideally in a high-profile luxury hotel.
- Pre-opening of a 5-star hotel (highly desirable).
- Strong sales, reservations, and revenue expertise. Financial and analytical acumen.
- Strong team leader and coordination skills.
- Fluent English communication proficiency.
- Team-oriented, ability to present highly complex information, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented.

The Peninsula London, located at 1-5 Grosvenor Place in Belgravia, will overlook Hyde Park Corner, the Wellington Arch, Green Park and the gardens of Buckingham Palace. Upon completion, the hotel will have 190 guestrooms with 25 luxury Peninsula-branded residential apartments. The construction budget for the project is in the region of £800 million and our ambition is for the hotel and residences to set new standards in luxury and service in the London market.
