Role Overview

The Director of Operations is the connective tissue of the company—responsible for driving execution, fostering cross-functional alignment, and establishing operational excellence at scale. Partnering with the CEO, this role transforms bold ideas into measurable outcomes, blending strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution & Accountability – Drive disciplined execution of company priorities by setting clear expectations, ensuring accountability, and removing barriers.

  • Operational Excellence – Build and continuously improve systems, processes, and metrics for consistency, scalability, and exceptional guest/owner experience.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment – Ensure all departments work in sync, driving clarity, collaboration, and fast resolution of issues.

  • Translate vision into executed strategies and measurable outcomes.

  • Elevate team performance by holding leaders accountable, resolving friction, and empowering departments.

  • Protect company health through disciplined systems, metrics, and decisive action.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in operational leadership, ideally within hospitality, property management, or a fast-scaling service business.

  • Deep experience with systems building, KPIs, and cross-functional accountability.

  • Strong leadership presence: decisive, collaborative, and consistent.

  • Ability to serve as the “glue” between vision and execution.

  • Alignment with the company's values and passion for hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in fast-growth, entrepreneurial companies.

  • Familiarity with tech-forward small business operations.

  • Background in hospitality or property management scaling.
