The Hotel del Coronado is currently hiring a Director of Guest Services! This role manages, administers, and supervises all Guest Services/Bell Services and Contracted areas, in order to maintain the highest level of courteous, professional and efficient service to all guests.
Position Summary:
o Managing Self and Valet Parking logistics
o Maximizing and Driving revenue opportunities (Parking Pricing, Porterage, Room Drops, etc)
o Managing Payroll Costs, Productivity and Staffing Levels
o Managing Property Wayfinding, including signage for drives and parking structures
o Maintaining ADA compliance
o Manage the VIP arrival experience team, sales programs, payroll costs, and review of logs in order to follow up on guest concerns.
Supportive Functions:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
