About the location:

The Director of Bars oversees organizes and leads training for multiple bars, restaurants and the lounge. The Director of Bars sources clients for the F&B operation, establishes and maintains long term relationships with clients and patrons as well as external vendors and suppliers.
What you will do:
They will work closely with Restaurant managers and the Director of Food & Beverage as well as other Four Seasons departments. They will also work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to offer an attractively balanced and well-presented Food & Beverage selection.
The Beverage Director is responsible for the beverage sales as outlined separately. They will be involved in creating and adhering to budgets for the various outlets.
What you bring:
We are looking for individuals that have a passion for wine, beer and spirits. The ideal candidate has previous experience within a similar role of overlooking the resort's entire beverage program (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). They must possess strong knowledge in wines, particularly Italian wines & French champagnes. Must be highly adaptable, flexible, and possess high levels of credibility and respect as well as food knowledge.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years as a Food and Beverage manager experience in a hotel setting. A Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with previous relevant experience.
