    Job Description

    The Director of Cocktail Services leads casino cocktail service operations within a 24-hour gaming environment. This role oversees a large-scale team of cocktail servers and managers, ensuring exceptional complimentary beverage service while meeting guest satisfaction, service, and operational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a large-scale team of  200+ team members
    • Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
    • Manage labor and staffing for a 24-hour operation
    • Uphold and continuously improve service standards beverage service.
    • Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
    • Maintain strong floor presence and cross-department collaboration
    • Partner with Beverage, Gaming Operations, Human Resources, Security, and Compliance teams to support seamless operations.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Monitor guest feedback, service scores, and operational metrics; implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years as a Beverage Manager or Assistant Beverage Manage, preferably in a casino, resort, or a 24-hour high-volume hospitality environment.
    • Experience leading large, multi-shift teams
    • Strong scheduling, labor planning, and operational skills
    • Proven ability to meet guest service and performance goals
    • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and SNHD regulatory compliance.

    Work Environment

    • 24-hour casino gaming floor
    • Nights, weekends, and holidays required
