About the role
Provide happy and helpful service to all residents, family members and visitors.
Work closely with residents and their family members to ensure they are happy and needs are met.
Report accidents, resident concerns or incidents immediately to the village management team.
Respond to emergency call bells and provide assistance where possible, assessing whether the residents family or emergency services are required.
Work closely with residents suggesting appropriate social activities available and getting feedback on events for future planning.
Assist in the dining room at mealtimes by laying tables, serving meals and collection of trays.
