Job Description

This position is responsible for driving a team developing automation on behalf of several services includes loading/data administration teams, finance and Human resources. He/She will have a deep understanding of data administration processes, combined with expertise in implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

• Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize data administration processes, including data ingestion, validation, transformation, and distribution.
• Manage a team of developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline data workflows.
• Design and deploy automated data quality checks and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• •Manage and maintain data automation tools and platforms, overseeing configuration, customization, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Lead initiatives to standardize data governance practices and establish best practices for data automation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data automation and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in related field
• Strong background in Data Analysis qualifications
• Experienced in hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation, ETL and transformation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) and automation framework (Roboframework, UiPath).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective automation solutions.
• Good leadership and team management skills
