The Culture Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding our company’s culture at scale. Working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams, this role ensures that our values are reflected in everyday behaviors, rituals, decisions, and systems.

Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Sharpen and keep track of the company's cultural principles (based on mission, values, behaviors). Translate abstract values into visible behaviors and practices.
    • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, including with leadership, to design rituals that reinforce values (e.g. how we celebrate wins, how we onboard, how we share learning, how we recruit, exchange feedback, etc).
    • Partner with HRBPs, engagement and internal comms teams to ensure alignment between messaging, experience, and behaviors.
    • Ensuring execution and progress of all culture-related activities.
    • Develop toolkits and guidelines to help leaders run values-based practices.
    • Lead and operate end-to-end company-wide onboarding process.
    • Conduct surveys, observations, focus groups to explore how values are actually lived or missed on the ground.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Min. 4 years of experience in organizational development, employee experience, culture programs, or related HR/people roles.
    • Experience in designing and running company-wide initiatives, particularly around culture, values, or change management.
    • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts (e.g. values, behaviors) into practical tools, frameworks, and routines.
    • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including leadership.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to connect values to day-to-day work in a clear, relatable way.
    • Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. surveys, focus groups, observations) to gain insights.
    • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills — can own and drive programs from strategy to execution.
    • Comfortable challenging the status quo and navigating ambiguity.
