Holiday Inn Mauritius Mon Trésor, an IHG hotel, is conveniently located adjacent to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport. With 140 rooms, the hotel caters to international and regional business travelers, airline crews, and MICE tourism. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to lead corporate and MICE sales initiatives and grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting corporate transient and MICE segments
  • Identify, approach, and convert new corporate and group accounts
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business
  • Represent the hotel at client meetings, networking events, and trade shows
  • Collaborate with IHG global sales offices to align efforts and drive incremental revenue
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment activities
  • Partner with Revenue Management and Operations to execute sales agreements effectively
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales activities using IHG tools and CRM systems
  • Stay informed on market changes and provide insights to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a branded or international hotel
  • Strong network in the corporate and MICE markets, locally and internationally and Airlines. 
  • Must have an established corporate client database
  • Solid understanding of sales cycles, negotiation, and contracting within the hotel industry
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MeetingBroker, Cvent, RFP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus
  • This position is open to Mauritian nationals currently residing in Mauritius. This is not an expat position.
