Corporate Area IT Manager
Birmingham, AL based – Regular travel within Birmingham & Florence, plus occasional state-wide trips. When not traveling, you will be based primarily at the Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa.

We’re seeking a tech-savvy pro with a hospitality mindset to oversee IT systems across multiple hotel properties. This role blends hands-on technical troubleshooting with high-touch customer service, ensuring our guests and teams have seamless technology experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, maintain, and improve IT systems across multiple hotel properties, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and exceptional support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and application issues in a Windows environment.

  • Communicate effectively with property teams, vendors, and occasionally guests to understand needs and implement solutions.

  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance and quality.

  • Travel between properties (primarily Birmingham & Florence) with occasional trips across the state.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical troubleshooting expertise and general technical knowledge in a Windows environment.
  • Preference for hotel/hospitality background and a strong customer service mentality.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse teams and guests while solving technical challenges.

  • Skilled in balancing several priorities without losing attention to detail.

  • Experience working with systems in security, retail/hospitality POS, or similar environments would be very beneficial.
