We are currently seeking a full-time Chief Engineer to lead our Engineering Department and ensure the safety, efficiency, and overall excellence of our property.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of engineering operations including preventative maintenance, repairs, life safety systems, utilities, and equipment in compliance with corporate and franchise standards.

• Lead and mentor the Engineering team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Troubleshoot and repair hotel systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment.

• Maintain the property’s physical assets, including FF&E, grounds, and swimming pool.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national safety and building regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel setting.

• 3+ years in a supervisory role, with proven leadership and team development skills.

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and building operations.

• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
