Set in the breathtaking Cotswolds countryside, we’re delighted to be working with a luxurious hotel and residences. Their rustic yet relaxed restaurant, which opened late last year, is looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join their growing kitchen brigade and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• £32,000 per annum plus £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with precision and consistency.
• Managing your designated section, ensuring smooth service and organisation.
• Working alongside senior chefs, learning and developing your culinary skills.
• Supporting stock control and ordering, helping to maintain efficiency and minimise waste.
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are upheld at all times.

With 80 covers inside, 80 outside, and a strong focus on large banquets, this is an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoys creating outstanding dishes for high volumes of guests.
