We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven catering coordinator to support our Sales & Events team. This role provides administrative, clerical, and marketing assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the catering department. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating event details, maintaining organized files, and communicating with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is a plus
3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related industry preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
