- Smart Serve and Serve Safe certification required
- 1 – 2 years experience as a Bartender
- Sound knowledge of wine and cocktails
- Neat, professional and well groomed
- Possess good organizational/time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Capable of balancing and lifting heavy trays
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential
- Must be able to work days, evening weekends and holidays
- Preference will be given to those who have graduated from a hospitality program
