What you will be doing?

  • Greet and welcome all guests, check-ins/outs, effectively resolve challenging guest requests and complaints.

  • Lift, carry, load luggage onto bell cart, read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets, and escort guests to their rooms with their items.

  • Represent the hotel with professionalism and decorum – including remaining calm and alert, especially during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity.

  • Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.

  • Responsible for snow removal near entryway (seasonal).

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for?

  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

  • Ability to speak, understand, and read the English language in order to communicate with guests and follow instructions.

  • Ability to grasp, lift, and/ or carry or otherwise move packages and boxes and luggage up to 75 lbs. continuously throughout the shift.

  • Ability to stand, walk and continuously perform essential job functions.

  • Sufficient manual dexterity in one hand to be able to load and unload luggage.
