Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Bellman to join our hospitality team. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe and efficient transport to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Deliver packages and special requests to guest rooms as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
- Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and recommendations courteously and professionally.
- Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
