Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Bellman to join our hospitality team. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general inquiries. If you have a warm personality and enjoy helping others, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe and efficient transport to and from rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Deliver packages and special requests to guest rooms as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and recommendations courteously and professionally.
  • Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
