Assists hotel guests with their luggage and provides information with regards to property and events within the casino and hotel.
Orient guests to room facilities by explaining the different features available in the room, including the operation of air conditioning unit, television and other special features provided.
Coordinates all bus and junket luggage delivery and pickup.
Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
Promotes positive guest relations.
May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent experienced preferred
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
Required to perform the customer service standards of the department
Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$16.00 + Tipsper hour
