Scope of Position:
The bellperson position is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to our guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Bellperson role supports the operation by acting as an additional set of hands to support where needed in the moment.

Experience: Customer Service experience preferred, but not required.
Skills: Must display a friendly & warm disposition. Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly & accurately. Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity. Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests; must communicate clearly.
