Position Summary: Our bartenders are responsible for making patrons and guests of Ladder 13 feel better than before they first interacted. The bartender represents the restaurant and the hotel and understands our philosophy that patrons/guests come to us to connect with others around the food and beverage we serve. We want to enhance their moods with friendly, educated, and relational service while providing consistent and tasteful food and beverage.

Essential Job Functions
Experience and Education:
Previous experience as a bartender or barback
Experience with cocktail creation, understanding of wines and beer.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Certifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies
ServSafe, TIPS Certification
Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
