Bar and Lounge Assistant

BAR PORTER X 2 (HOURLY PAID)

Job Summary:

·        To maintain standards Bar stock levels and tidiness

·        Responsible to operate within the policies and procedures as set out in the operating manual

Key Responsibilities:

·        Washing and clearing of crockery and glassware

·        Assisting in daily set up

·        Assisting Barman with service

·        Collecting food orders from the main kitchen

·        Cleaning back of house area

·        Clearing wastage containers after each shift
