As a Banquet Server, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that brings events to life—from elegant weddings to corporate galas. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless service, personalized hospitality, and memorable experiences for every guest, every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and attentive atmosphere
Serving food and beverages with efficiency, care, and attention to presentation
Communicating clearly with kitchen staff to accommodate dietary needs and special requests
Learning and understanding the details of each event’s menu and service plan
Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event by being attentive, proactive, and responsive
Clearing tables, resetting as needed, and maintaining clean and organized service areas
Supporting your team with side duties, such as preparing service stations and restocking supplies
Taking direction from the Banquet Supervisor to ensure smooth and timely service
Demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and leadership in a fast-paced environment
Contributing to a collaborative and respectful team culture focused on excellence
Helping to create extraordinary memories for guests celebrating life’s most important moments
Performing additional duties as assigned to support banquet operations
