Part-time On-Call Hourly Position ranging from $14.00-$16.00 DOE plus benefits.Located in Las Cruces, NM. Working out of our Hilton Garden Inn.
Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:
Work under direction of Food & Beverage Leadership / General Manager.
Communicate daily with restaurant leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe.
Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
Passionately deliver refined, seamless service.
Answer menu questions, and offer recommendations to guests to create a memorable dining experience.
Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Resolve issues for guests in a professional and timely manner.
Handle all checks and cash according to procedures; accurately prepare tip reporting paperwork on time.
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the dining area.
Roll silverware, set up food stations or dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.
Attend required training sessions or meetings.
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property.
