Banquet Server $4.69 + Gratuity

To serve food and beverages at banquet functions in a timely manner and in an environment of teamwork.

Duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Thoroughly review BEO and all details of the event
• Set food and beverage buffets and tables as specified on BEO
• Serve food and beverage to the tables or on a buffet, clear buffet and tables
• Responds to last minute changes or special requests that may occur during event
• Work effectively with the kitchen staff and banquet team to ensure that events are successful
• Perform set up and serve beverages as needed for bars and beverage stations
• Perform side work and other duties as assigned
• Post checks and ring in orders
• Superior wait staff service skills.
• Position requires reading, writing and effective communication with departments and team. Completely understands the Kimpton meeting and banquet presentation standards. 
• Basic understanding of POS system.
• Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally and emulates the Kimpton Culture.
• Minimum knowledge, skills, and experience required but not limited to a minimum of one year as a server.
• High school diploma or general education degree GED
