DescriptionRelationships:
- Reports directly to the Banquet Floor Manager.
- Interacts and cooperates with other employees of the Food & Beverage department as required.
- Interacts with guests as appropriate.
- Interacts and cooperates with other departments as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets up function rooms with the necessary equipment according to the Banquet Event Orders.
- Provides ice water & glasses & refreshes as needed.
- Sweeps & vacuums function rooms, removing debris.
- Pick up & deliver all boxes & meeting materials.
- Delivers boxes to business center for shipping out.
- Ensures rooms are clean & presentable when not in use.
- Maintains wastebaskets at registration desks & inside meeting rooms.
- Sets up meetings with pads, pencils, coasters, etc. as per BEO.
- Adheres to Hotel’s grooming policy.
- Maintains a cooperative, professional working style with supervisors & fellow workers.
- Performs all tasks with utmost concern for safety for self & fellow workers.
- Complies with all guest requests.
- Attends meetings and hotel training sessions as required by hotel management.

Needed Skills:

The salary range for this role is $25.92 to $28.09. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
