Summary:
A Banquet Captain is responsible for being the personal representative of the management to the guests. It is their responsibility to greet the guest on arrival and creates an atmosphere of good will; maintain constant contact with the host; to ensure the high standards of service as set by management; and to extend every effort to make the assigned party a complete success.
